Domaine Lafouge Auxey-Duresses La Chappelle 2011 Online

Description
Often the most satisfying of the three Lafouge Auxey-Duresses Premier Crus, the monopole La Chapelle is mostly from 50 to 70 year-old vines, on the south-east facing hillside bordering on Monthelie. The palate is beautifully structured with red fruit liqueur, violet, earth and stone flavors with nice depth and firm acidity. Decant or open the day before to drink now, with grilled pork, guinea hen, duck and mild cheeses. Cellar five to ten years for a peak experience.
