Domaine la Rouviole Minervois La Liviniere 2012 comes from the unique all-organic cru appellation La Liviniere, within the Languedoc s Minervois appellation. The wine is made from 75% Syrah, aged in oak for 12 months, and 25% Grenache. Its intense aromas of dark fruit, chocolate and herbs develop complex, secondary characteristics with a ripe, velvety mouth-feel.
