Notes: Deep Eddy Vodka Distillery takes its name from South Texas Deep Eddy Pool, the oldest spring-fed swimming pool in Texas. This is significant, as the label uses water from an aquifer deep beneath the earth in Texas. Vodka is made from corn and is put through a continuous, column still nine 10 times, and is then filtered over charcoal six times. The vodka is made from corn, which is gluten free for those with sensitivities, or with discerning tastes.

If you re in Austin, you can visit the 5,000-square foot tasting room and 30,000 square foot distillery.
