Description

Pierre Bleau is a small south-facing parcel on the steep slope (up to 50%) in Brouilly, planted with old Gamay sticks and grown ecologically. 100% whole grape cluster, fermented on the natural yeast, after which the wine is stored 5-6 months in large old oak barrels. No filtering or clearance for drainage.

In the taste, the wine has both the Gamay grape smooth and breathtaking, combined with Brouilly s slightly angular touch. The terroir, which is extremely rich in granite and schist, is distinguished in taste, which has a nearly limestone mineral flavor in the aftertaste.
