Our Domaine Mirabau present a new style of cotes du Roussillon extremely fruity young with a lot of finesse..Dark ruby red color; very ripe nose with lively fruit, fresh, elegant palate, delicate and fruity.This wine is perfect with roasts, poultries in sauce, dishes with a spicy tomato base, strong cheese.
