Description

Light pale yellow straw. Fruity notes as green apple and pear, with hints of citrus and flowers, delicate and of great finesse. Well-balanced, soft, harmonic, pleasantly fresh.

As aperitif or with appetizers, soups, fish, salads, pasta, white meat, fruit cakes and fresh cheeses. To serve at 7°-9° C.
