Elvi Adar is a Spanish red blend that exemplifies the spirit of free experimentation in Spain that is winning over connoisseurs worldwide. A blend of Bobal, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this pours a vivid ruby red with strikingly pure aromas of blackberry and cassis. The firm tannic structure reveals aromas of fruit preserves, cedar and vanilla bean.
