Turian Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC wine by Eugenio Collavini winery is a white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes cultivated in Corno di Rosazzo and Manzano area (Friuli). Grapes, rather late, are harvested at the end of September and left to macerate at 12 °C for an entire night. Fermentation, at a temperature not above 15 °C, lasts about 15 days and occurs in steel, as well as for aging.
Turian Ribolla Gialla has a brilliant straw yellow colour with soft green reflections. Fruity, fine and elegant scent that resembles the floral essences of acacia and lemon juice. In the mouth it is fresh, citric and sapid, but at the same time delicate. It is advisable to store it at 15 °C and serve it at 10-12 °C.
