This whiskey undergoes a traditional single copper pot still distillation method, producing its nice golden yellow color. Fairly heavy-bodied yet smooth, Hell Cat Maggie gives off an aroma of vanilla and fruitiness. Its flavor carries over the vanilla with hints of caramel, citrus and peat with a warm finish.
