Thirteen year-old Hayaat s beloved grandmother is close to death. Hayaat believes that her life could be saved if she brings her a handful of soil from the Jurusalem garden she loved and left behind many years ago. From her Bethlehem home it s just a few miles. But in between is the towering Wall that divides the land, with armed watchtowers, military checkpoints and barbed wire.
